Student Essentials and Trusted Vendor Marketplace
Project Overview
THE PROBLEM
New and continuing students need laptops, phones, chargers, networking equipment, books, stationery, furniture, and household supplies. It can be difficult to compare legitimate sellers, understand product condition, confirm stock, or know whether a quoted price comes from an accountable business.
HOW THE PLATFORM HELPS
The marketplace organizes products into clear categories and shows seller information, prices, availability, location, and enquiry options. Only publicly visible products from approved active vendors appear. Administrator controls and vendor subscription rules help keep listings accountable without exposing private registration documents.
CALL TO VENDORS
Responsible retailers, wholesalers, bookshops, electronics suppliers, and student-focused businesses can register as vendors. Approved vendors can publish useful products and build lasting relationships with university communities.
