Trusted Student Housing and Room Rental Access
Project Overview
THE PROBLEM
Finding accommodation is one of the first challenges for a new university student. Listings are often scattered across signs, social media posts, and informal agent networks. Current students may also need to move because of price, distance, safety, utilities, or changing study arrangements. False availability and unclear ownership can waste money and place students at risk.
WHY TRUST MATTERS
A student should know who published a listing, where the property is located, what it costs, which amenities are available, and whether the provider has been reviewed by the platform. Property owners and responsible agents also need a credible channel that distinguishes them from misleading advertisements.
HOW THE PLATFORM HELPS
Approved house owners, dalali, and property agents can publish categorized rental listings with prices, locations, amenities, photographs, and availability. Students search the public directory and send recorded booking or enquiry requests. Administrators can approve providers and hide unsafe or inaccurate listings.
CALL TO PROPERTY PROVIDERS
Owners and responsible property professionals with rooms, hostels, apartments, short stays, or houses near learning institutions are invited to register. Accurate information and honest communication help build a safer student housing community.
